For Atlanta nonprofits, schools, public institutions and businesses
12 weeks. One change. One thing that helps.
Your people are feeling AI, power costs, health and work change, and your team has no spare weeks to figure it out. In 12 weeks, you pick the change that matters most, we build one thing that helps, and your team keeps it.
Free, 30 minutes. You talk, we listen, and we tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.
The 12 weeks
Look, build, hand off.
- Weeks 1 and 2LookFind the change hitting your people hardest.
Your team takes a short check, then joins a half-day workshop. You leave with a one-page map of what's changing for the people you serve, and one change to act on.
What you get
- A half-day workshop for your team
- A one-page map of what's changing for your people
- One change chosen, with a clear goal
- Weeks 3 to 10BuildBuild one thing that helps, with your team and your young people.
We do the building. Your team joins a check-in each week and sees a demo every two weeks. We test early with the people it's for, and change course as soon as something isn't working.
What you get
- One working thing, tested with the people it's for
- Two to four paid young residents on the team, where we can
- A weekly check-in and a demo every two weeks
- Weeks 11 and 12Hand offOwn it, run it, and show your funders what changed.
We train your staff to keep it going, write up what happened in plain words, and leave you a plan for the next 12 months. Nothing depends on us after we leave.
What you get
- Your staff trained to run it
- A short write-up your board and funders can read
- A plan for the next 12 months
Who it's for
This is for you if:
- The people you serve are already feeling AI, power costs, health changes or new kinds of work.
- You want one useful thing built and running, not a report that sits on a shelf.
- You want young people from your programs at the table, and paid.
- Your team can give a weekly check-in for 12 weeks.
It's not the right fit if you need a large software build, a strategy plan for the whole organization, or someone to run a program for you long-term.
What we might build
Small, real, and yours.
Every project is different. These are examples of the size and kind of thing, not past work.
Example
A staff guide to AI
What's safe for your team to use, for what, and how to check its work. Written in your words.
Example
A career path finder
Shows your learners the current roads into good local jobs, including the ones that don't need a degree.
Example
A small pilot
One new tool, tried with 20 or so of the people you serve, with an honest read on whether to keep it.
Example
A board briefing
What's changing for the people you serve over the next five years, and the two or three choices it puts in front of you.
Our promises
What you can hold us to.
You'll know what we know, and what we're guessing.
We show our sources. Forecasts are labeled as forecasts.
You see the scope and price in writing first.
Before anything starts. You can still walk away.
You own what we build.
The tool, the guide, the plan. It stays with you when we leave.
Every project is planned to include paid young residents. How they're chosen, paid and kept safe
Questions
Questions you might have.
What does it cost?
12-week projects start at $40,000. A half-day workshop on its own is $7,500. You get the exact scope and price in writing after the first call, before anything starts.
Can a funder or sponsor pay for it?
Yes. That's common for nonprofit and school projects. We can help you write the project into a grant or a sponsor ask, and we plan the budget with that in mind from the start.
How much of our staff's time does it take?
Your team joins the half-day workshop, a check-in each week and a demo every two weeks. We do the building. In the last two weeks, the staff who will run it spend time learning it.
What if it doesn't work?
We test small and early with the people it's for, so problems show up in week 4, not week 12. When something isn't working, we change course at the weekly check-in.
You haven't done a project yet. Why trust you?
Fair question. Our first projects start in 2027. What you can check today: how we work, what we've written in the letter, and the scope and price in writing before you sign anything.
Is this only about AI?
No. AI is part of it, but so are power costs, health and how people find good work. You start with the change that matters most for the people you serve.
We're not ready for 12 weeks. Can we start smaller?
Yes. The half-day workshop works on its own, for $7,500. You leave with a one-page map of what's changing for the people you serve. You can decide on a project afterward.
How do young people fit in?
Every project is planned to include two to four paid young residents, from your own programs where we can. The first are planned to join our first projects in 2027. Adults who work with them are background-checked, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's consent.
Do you work with public agencies and school districts?
Yes. We're setting up as a vendor with public agencies around Atlanta. Ask on the call where that stands for yours.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You own what we built. If it's working and you want help growing it, we can stay on with light monthly support. There's no obligation.
