Young people on every project
Your own young people, on your own problem.
Every 12-week project is planned to include two to four paid young residents, from the programs you already run where we can. You get the people closest to the problem on your team. They get paid work and something real to show for it.
This is new. Our first residents are planned to join our first projects in 2027.
How it works

From your own programs
Where we can, residents come from the young people you already serve. They know the problem better than anyone.
Paid, always
Every resident is paid for their time. The pay is built into the project budget from the start.
Real work
Residents interview people, test ideas and help build the thing. They leave with paid experience and work they can show, with their name on it if they want (and a guardian agrees, for anyone under 18).
Safe by design
Background-checked adults, never one adult alone with a young person, and a parent or guardian's consent for anyone under 18.
- Every adult working with residents is background-checked before the project starts.
- Two adults are present whenever residents are working. No one-on-one time out of sight.
- Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's written consent.
- No photos, names or work go online without consent from the resident and, if under 18, their guardian.
- Residents can stop at any time, and are paid for the time they worked.
