Work with us · for teams, schools and nonprofits
Get your people ready for what's next.
You can feel change coming: AI, funding, the people you serve. We help you notice it early, choose a direction together, and test it small first.

01 Start here
What's changing for you?
Pick the closest one. We'll show where it usually starts, and a good first step to talk about.
Pick the one that sounds most like you.
02 How it works
Three steps. The first two are free.
Take the free 5-minute check
Five statements, about 5 minutes. It shows which of the five layers needs attention first. Bring your team if you like.
Start the check →Book a free 30-minute call
Tell us what's changing around you. We'll say honestly whether we can help, and what a first step could look like.
Book the call →Do the work, scoped with you
A half day to start, more only if it helps. You choose after the call.

No surprises
You see the scope and the price in writing before anything starts. You can still walk away.
03 Ways to work with us
Start with a workshop. Go further if it helps.
Most teams start with the half-day workshop. Some want to go further. Each step is scoped with you on a free call.
Start · a half day
Applied Futures & AI Workshop
The team check, what's changing in your field, where AI could help and where it should wait, and a 90-day list of small tests.
Go deeper · a day to a few weeks
Scenario day or strategy sprint
Work through a few ways the next ten years could go for you. Then choose a direction and plan the first moves with the people it affects.
Stay ahead · 6 to 12 months
Embedded Futures Team
A standing futures team for your organization, without hiring one:
- a monthly scan of what's changing in your field
- a scenario sprint each quarter
- 2 or 3 small experiments run with your team
- a closing brief and a list of what to keep doing
Also offered: foresight advice and briefs written for your field, and talks for staff days, conferences and classrooms. Ask about either →
04 Questions
Fair questions.
Why don't you list prices?
Every team is different, so every engagement is scoped with you on the free call. You get a written proposal with the full price before anything starts, and you can walk away at no cost.
Who do you work with?
Teams at companies, schools, libraries, nonprofits and public bodies, mostly in metro Atlanta. We work in person in Atlanta or online anywhere.
Do you build or run AI systems?
No. We help your team understand what AI and other changes could mean for your work, and decide where AI should help and where it should wait. If you need something built, we'll point you to people who build.
Is StackScore a test of my team?
No. StackScore and the 5-minute check are reflection tools still in development. They help a team talk about how it notices change and acts on it. They are not validated tests, and they are never used for hiring, grading or ranking.
How much time does a workshop take?
The Applied Futures & AI Workshop is a half day. Before it, everyone on the team takes the 5-minute check.
Not sure yet?
Talk it through first.
Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. You leave with an honest read on whether we're the right fit, and what a first step could be.
